The “alohabyamanda” is more than just my slight obsession and connection to hawaii (i’m talking i swear i was born here in another life or my ancestors come from here), it’s the aloha lifestyle that incorporates love and gratitude for the earth, for oneself, and for those around you.

I love to talk about health/wellness and share more of my day to day — all of which stems from the steady and the calm that I aim to build and bring throughout my personal growth, my relationships, and my goals.
